- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 calander days following your order confirmation email.
- Baking Schedule: Our cookies and cupcakes are freshly baked to order. Please allow up to 3 business days for baking and packaging.
- Local Delivery

- Delivery Area: Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Charlotte.
- Delivery Schedule: Local deliveries are made between 10 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
- Delivery Fees: A flat fee of $25 applies for local deliveries. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee of [insert fee].
- Packaging
- We use food-safe packaging materials to ensure freshness and quality.
- Order Tracking & Potential Delays
- Since we currently do not offer shipping, tracking notifications are not provided. For local deliveries, please be aware that factors such as weather, holidays, and traffic may impact delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events.

- Due to the nature of our fresh products, refunds are not available.
