- At Linette's Gourmet Cookies & Cupcakes, we’re dedicated to making your holidays, parties, and special events memorable with our delicious baked goods. Whether it’s a small gathering or a grand celebration, our events and catering service ensures your guests enjoy the best.
- Booking and Order Placement
- We recommend placing your event or catering order at least 2-3 weeks before the event, especially during busy seasons. Orders are subject to availability, and last-minute requests may not be guaranteed.
- Customization Options
- From specific flavors to decorations, we offer a variety of options to match your event's needs. Let us know your preferences when placing the order to ensure every detail is perfect.
- Deposits and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at booking. Full payment is due 7 days] before the event. We accept CashApp, Zelle, and Cash as payments.
- Cancellations and Changes
- If you need to cancel or change your order, please notify us at least 14 business days in advance.
- Delivery and Setup
- We offer delivery and setup services within a 10-mile radius of Charlotte for a fee of $75. For delivery only there is a fee of $25. For locations beyond this range, please contact us for a custom quote.
- Dietary Requests
- We strive to accommodate dietary needs and allergies. However, please note that our bakery is not allergen-free. Inform us when booking to discuss options.
- Liability
- Once your order has been delivered or picked up, Linette’s Gourmet Cookies & Cupcakes is no longer responsible for damages. It is your responsibility to store the products properly.
